Urgent Request for Compliance

In early March, the Director-General of DG Research and Innovation (RTD) at the European Commission sent the following letter to all project leaders of research projects that received funding from the Horizon2020 initiative.

The letter was sent because a great majority of the papers published under these research projects are not, in fact, compliant with H2020 regulations.

For those of you unaware, the open access regulations of Horizon2020 (article 29) asks that all peer-reviewed publications of the project are also made publically available via an open access database (like OALibrary) . We firmly believe in the future of open access , and would like to aid any researchers in becoming H2020 open access compliant with the use of our Compliance Note.
